Refunds
Full refund any time before your review start date is
confirmed, no questions asked.
50% refund if you cancel after that but before delivery.
After delivery there’s no refund, but if anything
on the “What you get” list is missing from your
review, I’ll finish it or refund you in full.

Background
I have a degree in graphic design and hands-on experience building websites. I look at the same things your visitors do: whether they can find what they need, understand what you offer, and know what to do next.

Independence
This isn’t a pitch for redesign work in disguise. The review notes are about the website, not the person who built it.
FAQ
How long does it take?
Five business days from your confirmed review start date, once payment, your website details (sent by email), and any required site access are all in.
What if my site isn’t finished yet?
That’s usually the right time. If it’s too early to review usefully, I’ll tell you and refund you in full.
Can you talk to my designer directly?
No. That’s deliberate. You get the exact wording you can send yourself, so the relationship stays yours.
What if I disagree with a review note?
Good. Every review note says why it matters, so you can judge it. Anything I think is genuinely a matter of taste gets labeled Personal preference. Those are yours to ignore.
Do you fix the problems too?
Not as part of this review. Making the changes isn’t included, so my review notes stay honest rather than steering toward more work. If you ever want help with the fixes themselves, ask and I’ll tell you whether I can take it on and what it would cost.
What if my site is already live?
Still works. The review is the same; you’ll just be prioritizing changes rather than deciding whether to approve.
